Southstar | DCCM provided Construction Management, Inspection, and Public Outreach services for the County of Riverside Transportation Department in cooperation with the City of Murrieta for this road extension project.

The project continued the Clinton Keith Road Extension Project by constructing the final segment between Leon Road and State Route (SR) 79, including constructing a bridge over the French Valley Creek, in the City of Murrieta and French Valley area of Riverside County. In addition, Leon Road and Max Gilliss Road will be resurfaced. Other improvements include traffic signal modifications.
