Southstar | DCCM provided Construction Management and Inspection services for the City of Rialto for the Riverside Avenue South Street Reconstruction Project. Construction started in June 2022 and was completed in June 2023. The majority of work was performed at night because Riverside Ave is a heavy-truck traffic roadway.

This project was Phase 2 of the 3-phase vision for Riverside Avenue and continued to overlay and reconstruct SB and NB of Riverside Avenue from South of Interstate 10 (I-10) Bridge to South of Kline Ranch. Project included upgrades of existing and construction of new ADA-compliant curb ramps, and reconstruction of sidewalks, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and gutters. At the request of the City of Rialto, Southstar | DCCM designed and added two right turn lanes at Santa Ana Avenue and Resource Drive. Underground utilities were also adjusted to new roadway surface grades.
